Terms of use

Simple rules for using the arcade and sharing its games.

Effective / updated: October 2, 2026

Using the arcade

These terms cover MillionMinigames.com, operated by Peter Mayo. By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the site. Minors should use the site with a parent or guardian who can review these terms. Games may include fictional combat, social themes, camera controls, motion, or sound; choose games suitable for you.

You may play for personal entertainment and share links to the games. No account, payment, or download is required. Scores are recreational, carry no cash value, and do not guarantee prizes. Browser saves may be lost if storage is cleared or the site changes.

Play fairly

Do not attack the service, bypass security, flood APIs, manipulate ratings or rankings, impersonate others, or post illegal, abusive, or identifying material through public aliases. Do not use automation to falsify play or voting activity. Ordinary search-engine indexing and reasonable access to our public discovery resources are welcome.

We may remove inappropriate aliases or fraudulent records, limit abusive access, and change or discontinue games. We cannot guarantee that all scores are cheat-proof.

Ownership and your submissions

Site code, artwork, music, text, and games are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Rights remain with their respective owners; third-party open-source and asset licenses continue to apply. Permission to play or link to a game does not grant permission to resell it, copy the catalog, or use project branding in a way that suggests endorsement. You may embed complete games using our provided iframe code, including on commercial sites, while preserving the player, attribution, and sponsorship disclosures. This permission does not allow copying, reselling, modifying, or obscuring the game or claiming sponsor endorsement of your host site. Contact us about other licensing or commercial uses.

You retain any rights you have in material you submit. By submitting an alias, rating, score, or feedback, you give us a non-exclusive permission to store, display, and use it to operate and improve the site. Do not send confidential ideas or third-party material you do not have permission to share. Personal-data handling and deletion are described in the Privacy policy.

Links, support, and custom work

Other Games and external links take you to separate sites with their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party availability or every item on those sites.

There is currently no checkout, subscription, paid hosting plan, or donation processor on this site. Any custom game commission requires a separate written agreement covering scope, price, payment, rights, delivery, and support. Sponsored games are labeled in the catalog and player. Sponsor links open separate sites; sponsorship does not guarantee any business result or endorse the embedding host. We will publish relevant payment terms before introducing paid features. Voluntary support, if introduced, is not a charitable tax-deductible donation unless expressly stated.

Availability and responsibility

Games are experimental and provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free gameplay, preservation of saves, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use a comfortable volume and stop playing if motion, flashing effects, or gameplay cause discomfort.

To the extent permitted by law, Peter Mayo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud, or other mandatory protections. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to bring claims that applicable law permits.

Questions, rights reports, and changes

Email petemayo@gmail.com with questions, bugs, accessibility issues, or copyright concerns. For a rights report, include the page URL, a description of the work and concern, and a way to contact you. We will review it; this contact route does not represent a registered DMCA-agent designation.

California law applies except where mandatory laws in your location require otherwise. We may update these terms by publishing a revised date on this page. Changes apply prospectively; paid work remains subject to its separate agreement.
